Refund policy
At Gregory Spala Designs – The Outpost, every item is made specifically for you once your order is placed. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as selecting the wrong size, changing your mind, or ordering the wrong color.
We encourage all customers to review sizing charts, product descriptions, and color selections before completing their purchase.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we'll make it right.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the problem
Once reviewed, we'll gladly arrange for a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Cancellations
Because products enter production shortly after an order is placed, cancellation requests can only be honored before production begins. Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled.
Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or circumstances outside our control. However, if your package appears lost or has a delivery issue, we'll gladly work with you to help locate it and find the best solution.
